It was such a pleasure to work with Hasan Namir, the Lambda Award winning author of God in Pink. As a newly published author, Hasan was ready to clearly define his brand identity. The goal was to develop an image that was authentic and timeless and an online space that conveys the message that his work is unique, provocative, and empowering. First we collaborated to create an inspiration board for his brand image. Then I designed his main logo, an alternative logo and some design elements. I selected a colour palette and typography set that match the image that felt authentic to Hasan and how he identifies as an author. After Hasan’s brand identity was set I created a custom responsive website using the easy to use WordPress content management system.
